Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

Pyramid Project Management, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key player in our projects, you will work closely with the Vice President of Project Management to oversee and ensure the successful completion of hotel construction projects. This role is pivotal in driving growth and maintaining high-quality standards in our projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing multiple projects under the guidance of the Vice President.
• Develop and present project budgets for executive review.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and operational staff.
• Coordinate design and construction activities effectively.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Report project status to management and address any outstanding issues.
• Other project-related tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, with a focus on hotel projects.
• Willingness to travel as required.
