We are looking for an experienced FOH Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front of house facilities at Lariat Lodge Brewing. The ideal candidate will be a leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations efficiently.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure quality supplies and equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and enforce standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and address quality concerns.
• Manage shifts, appraise staff, and ensure safety compliance.
• Promote staff education and uphold LLBC's hospitality standards.
