Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and positive Assistant General Manager to join Shake Shack, a modern "roadside" burger stand that offers delicious classic burgers, fries, and more. As part of our team, you will play a key role in overseeing operational excellence while upholding our commitment to hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and develop the hourly team.
- Manage support functions like payroll and scheduling.
- Maintain facility standards and uphold a high level of hospitality.
- Assist the General Manager with employee relations.
- Establish and cultivate community relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Prior P&L responsibilities for at least 1 year.
