Housekeeping Porter

Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Porter to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas of the Sandyplace Apartment Homes community in Sandy, OR. Your tasks will include cleaning common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds under the direction of the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers a part-time schedule (Friday-Sunday, 8am - 5pm) with hourly rates ranging from $17 to $19 and additional compensation like a monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property.
• Following instructions from the management team.
• Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of designated spaces.

Requirements

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and janitorial products.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws.
