Job Description

Join the Miller Home Center team as an Inside Sales Representative and play a crucial role in driving transaction growth for assigned accounts and new walk-in customers. From managing the sales process end-to-end to offering tailored solutions for customer requirements, this role is essential to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to existing and walk-in customers, making effective sales presentations.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Prepare estimates, process quotes, purchase orders, and more while ensuring the best margin potential on sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Handle special orders, assist with credit requirements, and maintain customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support, customer service, or training role.
  • Experience in business-to-business commerce and Internet communication software preferred.
