Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LESC in New York, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medication, conducting health assessments, and providing emotional support to clients. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and contribute to the treatment planning of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Dispense physician-prescribed medications.
- Conduct health maintenance and educational groups on hygiene, nutrition, and substance use.
- Assess medical needs, provide input for treatment planning, and conduct initial medical assessments.
- Administer and monitor clients' vital signs and provide emotional support.
Available Schedules
- Full Time, Per Diem available with various shift options.

Salary
$56,000 per year
