Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure that residents receive personalized care plans and that the unit operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed and attend to daily unit operations.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
