Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Acute Brain Health Unit, you will be responsible for providing compassionate medical care to our residents and patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
