Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, you will work at Levindale Hospital in Household #1. The role involves providing long-term care to patients in a unique household setting, focusing on individualized care plans and ensuring the well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist in orientating and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education in nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
