Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our long-term care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This role requires compassion, motivation, and a commitment to helping those in need. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with nursing equipment.
