Job Description: LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse: Skilled Long Term Care
We are looking for a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position with a Weekend Commitment on the day shift, you will be a Staff Nurse in Household #1 at Levindale Hospital. Your role will involve utilizing your nursing skills to provide individualized care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
