We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team at the Hastings Branch of 4Front Credit Union. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering excellent customer service and assisting members with their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain Credit Union services and products to members.
• Assist members in opening and closing accounts, ordering checks, and completing forms.
• Resolve member inquiries and problems professionally and promptly.
• Renew and update certificate accounts.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area.
• Adhere to U.S. Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good understanding of financial services and products.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to use computer applications and business equipment.
• Basic math skills and solid numerical abilities.

Physical Requirements

This position involves talking, hearing, finger dexterity, repetitive motion, average visual abilities, and some physical strength.

Working Conditions

Standard office environment with no hazardous conditions.
