Job Description

We are hiring a New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of autism services dedicated to ensuring the best developmental experience for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful staging and opening of new facilities that cater to clients with ASD. This position requires strong organizational skills, collaborative decision-making, and the ability to ensure facilities are ready for operation within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assess site suitability and coordinate facility preparations with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for new facilities.
  • Manage external staging teams and contractors during facility preparations.
  • Travel as needed to oversee the staging and opening process of new facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Experience in multi-site project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% travel required.
  • Flexibility for non-traditional work hours and travel schedule adjustments.
  • Physical demands may include lifting up to 30 pounds and prolonged computer use.
