Job Description
We are hiring a New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of autism services dedicated to ensuring the best developmental experience for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful staging and opening of new facilities that cater to clients with ASD. This position requires strong organizational skills, collaborative decision-making, and the ability to ensure facilities are ready for operation within budget and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely project completion.
- Assess site suitability and coordinate facility preparations with internal stakeholders.
- Plan and procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for new facilities.
- Manage external staging teams and contractors during facility preparations.
- Travel as needed to oversee the staging and opening process of new facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
- Experience in multi-site project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Approximately 80% travel required.
- Flexibility for non-traditional work hours and travel schedule adjustments.
- Physical demands may include lifting up to 30 pounds and prolonged computer use.
