Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities that cater to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your main objectives will include project management, facility preparation, and ensuring the timely and flawless start of operations within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Coordinate with various teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Assess site suitability and collaborate with internal stakeholders for facility readiness.
  • Manage procurement, installation, and planning of supplies, equipment, and technology.
  • Work on-site during the staging process and act as a liaison for all parties involved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or construction.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% travel time required.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours may be needed.
  • Flexible travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

This role may involve bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and extended computer use.
