Job Description

Centria Autism Services is seeking a skilled New Site Opening Manager to oversee the smooth and successful staging and openings of new facilities for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, motivated, and able to make independent decisions while ensuring alignment with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assess site suitability, plan facility utilization, and manage procurement and installation of necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure readiness for facility operations.
  • Travel approximately 80% of the time and work occasional non-traditional hours to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Multi-site project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and hardware technology.

  • Hands-on leadership with problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and think creatively.

Working Conditions

  • Heavy travel required with occasional non-traditional work hours.
  • Physical demands may include bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
