Job Description

Centria Autism Services is seeking a New Site Opening Manager to ensure the successful staging and opening of new facilities for clients with autism spectrum disorder. This individual will lead project management and facility preparation tasks, ensuring centers are operational within budget and on time. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, with a bonus potential of 10% based on performance. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields, 2-3 years of construction or site opening experience, and proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Suite and G Suite. The role involves extensive travel and occasional non-traditional work hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare facilities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and procuring necessary equipment.
  • Manage external staging teams and act as the liaison during the staging process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of construction or site opening experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Travel approximately 80% of the time.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours required.
