ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Therapist to provide clinical services for our Manzanita Ridge SRTF, Madrone Ridge SRTF, and McKenzie Ridge SRTF programs in Junction City, Oregon. The position involves offering clinical services and supervision in a residential treatment setting for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include training and overseeing Residential Associates, conducting Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, updating treatment plans, and providing clinical consultation to staff and community providers.
Key Details
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
- Compensation: $6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% Language Differential for Bilingual/Multilingual candidates
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- QMHP registration eligibility
- Physical ability to perform required tasks and crisis de-escalation techniques
- Pass a DHS criminal background check
