Job Description

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all Front of House operations, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to our guests, and managing a team of Front of House employees.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
  • Manage liquor orders, control costs, and enforce liquor laws.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees and Assistant Managers by providing regular feedback.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House employees.
  • Create a fun and safe environment by implementing core values, contests, and incentives.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
