1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, and change.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
