1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver excellent performance.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
