1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will have the opportunity to work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient receipt, sorting, loading, and relocation of merchandise in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures.
