1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
