1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements
