Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain warehouse standards and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and maintain product quality standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
