2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for the 2nd Shift at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders. Additionally, you will participate in warehouse inventory counts, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select, receive, relocate, and load merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate positive attitude, follow instructions, and adapt to change. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
