2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting with team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality and safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
