Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently, while maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and raise safety concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
