2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
