Occupational Therapist Outpatient Neuro Specialty Clinic

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Neuro Specialty team at Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Liberty outpatient clinic. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of experts in Neurology, Neuroscience, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, focusing on providing the highest quality patient care for individuals with neurologic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services.
• Document with web-based software and an EMR system.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for the current patient caseload and ensure department compliance.
• Conduct patient and family education.

Requirements

• Degree from an ACOTE-approved school.
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Maryland.
• Minimum one year of outpatient experience and one year of neuro experience.
• LSVT BIG® certification is a plus.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication.
