2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and ensuring the warehouse meets cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Work within budgeted goals.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Operate powered industrial equipment.
