Job Description

We are looking for a Child Care Tech to provide high-quality infant and childcare services for the children of our hospital and medical community employees. This role involves implementing daily programs based on child development stages, maintaining records, ensuring a safe environment, and participating in department activities. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available, offering flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily childcare programs based on child development stages.
• Maintain accurate records of children's activities and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with childcare standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in department meetings and activities.
• Engage with children, maintain professional relationships, and ensure a clean environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education in early childhood development or related field.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Computer proficiency for record-keeping.
