2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations, handling incoming and outgoing stock efficiently and ensuring that all merchandise is sorted, organized, and prepared for shipment according to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Effective organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in various warehouse conditions including outdoor and cold environments.
