Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unloading.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors to improve processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
