2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and product quality.
• Act independently within a delegated area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks with efficiency.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift merchandise up to 45 pounds, move products, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
