2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $24.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and ensuring overall warehouse upkeep and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
