2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a key role in efficiently stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring that our stores are well-supplied and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
