2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As a key part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse is maintained to high standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback on process improvement to management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate resilience and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Physically able to perform warehouse tasks.
