Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your contributions will directly impact our warehouse's success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and peers.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and actively contribute to achieving goals.
- Independently inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
