We are looking for a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs, maintenance, and exceptional customer service for washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at various customer locations in the Brunswick/Bath/Augusta area. If you enjoy working independently, have strong mechanical skills, and are passionate about keeping appliances running smoothly, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing their concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements
