Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and engaging in community activities.
• Develop meaningful relationships and provide compassionate care to those in need.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure the well-being of participants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or related fields preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
• Behavioral traits: patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
