As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This is a fulfilling role where you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, attending to individual care needs.
• Contribute to the development of individualized service plans.
• Assist residents in life skills activities and enriching experiences.
• Maintain safety standards and respond to dining needs.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• High school diploma/GED, with certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
