As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being.
• Engage residents in enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
