Job Description

We are seeking a talented Medication Care Manager (CRMA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments in a safe, organized manner to provide the highest quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, documentation, and resident care while upholding our mission of quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
• Document medication administration and resident information accurately.
• Communicate resident and family concerns to the appropriate channels.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; additional certifications as per state/provincial regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving and caring for seniors.

Benefits
