Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic I to join Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a vibrant community nestled in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our campus to ensure a top-notch living experience for our residents.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with on-call duties.
Compensation
$19.25 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders from residents.
- Contribute to creating a positive living experience for residents.
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas.
- Maintain HVAC equipment, including scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency responses.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or construction-related settings.
- High school diploma or GED.
