As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop personalized care plans and engage residents in life enriching activities.
• Monitor residents' well-being, notify management of changes in condition, and adjust care levels accordingly.
• Promote a safe and engaging living environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate good judgment, and make decisions in residents' best interest.
• High school diploma/GED; previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
