Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
- Ensure safety and compliance with community regulations
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences
Qualifications
- Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a team environment
- High School diploma/GED, certifications may be required
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
