Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking compassionate Care Managers (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, attending to individual care needs, and enriching the lives of seniors through various activities. Starting pay rate is $20+ per hour with shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, provide assistance with daily activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care levels.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED accepted, previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
