Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety.
• Participate in life enriching activities and encourage residents' independence.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be needed.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
