Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, creating a supportive and enriching environment for seniors and their families.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care levels as needed.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
• Deliver exceptional dining service while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
