Case Manager - Drug and Alcohol Treatment Courts - Jefferson County

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. As a Case Manager for the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Courts in Jefferson County, you will play a crucial role in supporting and monitoring offenders participating in treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include case management, supervision, reporting, and ensuring the successful recovery of participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new staff and collaborating with team members.
• Manage a caseload of participants, providing support and accountability.
• Administer assessments, make referrals, and monitor participant progress.
• Maintain documentation, attend court hearings, and facilitate communication.
• Ensure compliance with program protocols and participant confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field.
• Preferably with case management experience and Substance Abuse Counselor credentials.
• Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and community resources.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.

This position reports to the Program Director and involves interaction with various stakeholders. Professional conduct, reliability, and adherence to agency values are essential. Work settings include office, court, and jail environments, with potential for physical demands and occasional driving in Jefferson County.
